David A. Raehpour
Managing Director
David Raehpour is a successful entrepreneur whose background includes over 20 years of experience in the
development, growth, and liquidity of software-oriented businesses. His experience includes numerous startup and
restart ventures with a focus on Telecom software, Internet software, and Internet services. Serving at the Chief
Executive level in many ventures, his professional skill set includes an emphasis in strategic company positioning,
packaging, and liquidity. His broad liquidity experience includes building owner wealth by creating exit transactions
for businesses with small and large privately held companies as well as publicly traded entities. Mr Raehpour is an
active participant in the Kansas Enterprise Technology Corporation (KTEC) program, where he served as an
inaugural mentor. KTEC is funded by the State of Kansas, designed to foster entrepreneurship training and growth
for technology innovators. Mr. Raehpour is 44 years old and holds a Masters Degree from Wichita State University.
Thomas F. Patten

Tom Patten is a CPA with broad experience in early to mid stage company financing, liquidity event planning, and
distribution systems management. His experience includes numerous startup and fast growth companies with a
broad range of industries including industrial, retail services, and software. Serving at the Chief Financial Executive
level in many ventures, his professional skill set includes an emphasis in financing, cash management, tax
planning, and liquidity. Tom has over 30 years of public accounting experience, has served with numerous regional
and national accounting firms.
