Venture Services Suite

Our Venture Services Suite is restricted to just those companies whose business concept warrants our involvement as an equity and management partner. The goal of our Venture Services effort is to work closely with a few select companies to achieve significant shareholder value increase and liquidity in 18 to 36 months.

Capital funding

Providing capital for early or re-cap stage companies to bridge financing to a Series A Round.

 

Executive management

Interim and executive management assistance services and other functions necessary to perform a repositioning of the company in preparation for a financial raise.

 

Fund raising packaging

Creation of a Private Placement Memorandum, financial model, and investor presentation along with identifying sources for growth capital.

 

Growth management

Implementation of the growth plan including market positioning and media relations in preparation for a liquidity event.

 

Liquidity management

All aspects associated with the closure of a liquidity event along with shareholder distribution management.
